About TED^xKanke

TEDxKanke has been around in multiple forms since 2020. Under the able leadership, we have been running since 2020. In this short time we’ve been recognized on a PAN India level by TEDxKanke as being one of the top TEDxKanke events. We’ve built a meaningful community and demonstrated an exceptional commitment to ideas worth spreading, community mentorship, and TEDxKanke values. For this, we were awarded one of the first-ever Legacy licenses by TED in 2019.

We are a non-profit, volunteer-led organization. Together, we seek out the most inspiring and innovative solutions that go beyond limitations, beyond labels, pushing boundaries to create the kind of world we all want to live in.

The TEDxKanke family includes our core team, over 25 volunteers who collectively make up our TEAMx, our satellite team, over 50 speaker alumni, and a network of dedicated partners who support our work.

What is TED^x ?

TED^x is a global movement devoted to bringing the spirit of TED - ideas worth spreading to local communities around the world. Operating under a license from TED, TED^x events are independently organized and volunteer-driven, with the goal of sparking deep conversations, building connections, and celebrating innovation at a grassroots level.

Each TEDx event features a curated mix of live speakers, recorded TED Talks, and interactive sessions, all designed to engage audiences across disciplines. From science to art, education to entrepreneurship, TEDx gives voice to those shaping the future of their communities.

With thousands of events held in over 170 countries, TEDx has become a platform for change-makers, storytellers, and thought leaders to inspire action and ignite new ideas—locally and globally.
